For 12 months, we will repair anything considered a maker’s fault for free. That said, there has never been a makers fault in the 5+ years crackpacs has been going…

If it has been damaged by user error (or after the 12 month guarantee) then we will still fix it, and really want to, we will just charge you a small fee.

We really do want to fix your bag, it pains me to think that one of these bags could end up in land fill after its been save once already.

We are the judge of whether the damage has been caused by misuse. We have tested these bags in every way possible and know their strengths.
